Named in honor of Eli Lapkin, The E.L.I. (Change Maker) Award is presented annually to that young change maker (under 19) who, through World of Change, Exemplifies Leadership that Inspires others to serve others. This award, generously sponsored by Hands On Tzedakah, provides the winner the opportunity to designate a $2,500 grant to the nonprofit of their choosing, from a comprehensive and fully-vetted list of organizations providing critical supports to children and families around the world.
